Shipping policy

Processing Orders

Orders are typically processed between 1-3 business days. Processing times do not include shipping. Sam's Lavender is not responsible for orders shipped to invalid or incorrect addresses. Please contact us at info@samslavender.com if you need to make any adjustments to your shipping address. Orders cannot be modified after they have shipped. 

Standard Shipping

Our standard shipping is $10 per order - free with all orders over $75. Shipping times can take 2-5 business days after processing, but may take longer during peak seasons.

Express Shipping

Every attempt is made to ship Express orders as quickly as possible, but know that processing times may still take 1-3 business days. If you have any concerns about shipping times, please don't hesitate to contact us info@samslavender.com. 

New York Only Items

Please be aware that certain culinary items may not be shipped to locations outside of New York State. Any shipping restriction will be noted on the individual product page.
